Day 01)           Yangon – Arrival ( Morning flight ) – Kyaikhtiyo by coach ( D )
Arrive at Yangon International Airport, warmly welcome by guide (escort) and continue  transfer to KyaikHtiYo( 4 hours driving ). Overnight in Kimpon Base Camp hotel..

 

Day 02)           Kyaikhtiyo Pagoda  - Yangon by coach (B)
After breakfast, climbing with special coach to Golden Rock Temple compound looking the sightseeing. It is the famous legendary Pagoda on the Golden Rock and is  also an attractive one for those who love hiking. Crossing through the tropical jungle by a rocky path, listening to the birds’ singing, it is a fantastic journey to the TOP.

Take photo around the hotel area, the hills around and pagoda compound. Back to Yangon and along the way, excursion to HtautKyant War Cemetery, it has 27,000 tombstones of Allied soldiers who lost their lives in Myanmar during the World War II. The cemetery is a calm, peaceful place and is beautifully tended. The large and beautifully landscaped cemetery is under the care of the Commonwealth War Graves Commission. After that back to Yangon, overnight in Hotel.

 

Day 03)           Yangon ( B)
Breakfast at hotel. Full day tour in Yangon features : High lights Shwedagon Pagoda (world famous glistening gold stupa towering over the city with spearing to height of 326 feet),

ChaukHtutGyi Pagoda ( futures a beautiful reclining Buddha Image 230ft (70m) long in the pose of rest, the original image was built in 1907. ) Kabaaye Pagoda( Myanmar means World Peace to which this pagoda is dedicated built in 1952, in significant for the Six Buddhist Synod which was held in its large compound in 1954. The MahapasanaGuha Cave, andBuddhist art Museum, are also located in the same compound. NgaHlaingGu Pagoda; ( built over an ancient vaulted 11th century structure discovered some decades ago, this pagoda has a legend based on the Naga ( magical water – serpent ) that had once protected the Buddha Carvings of snakes twine over the shrines ) Take a lunch, after that sightseeing in BogyokeAung San Market, a shopping center of Yangon, which is a great place to pride up traditional and not traditional handicrafts, artworks, small antiques and junk jewellery. Excursion to National Museum ( There is no other site with better displays of Myanmar’s history, cultural, literature and national races than the five storey national Museum ). The Museum is open daily from 10am to 4 pm. ). Before dinner excursion to Botahtaung Pagoda( Ancient Pagoda was destroyed by bombing during World War Two and a replica built in its place. Relics excavated from the treasure chamber were re-enshrined. This is the only pagoda where one can walk along a spiraling corridor into the innermost part of the spire and see the glass-encased relic chamber deep inside. The spire glistens with its pure gold patina and inside, the corridors are lined with gold leaf and sparkling glass mosaic, giving it a magical look. ) See the sunset in the Myanmar seaport. Dinner at Sea Port Restaurant.Overnight in Yangon.

 

Day 04)           Yangon – Bagan by flight ( B )
Early morning pick up by guide, drive to airport, ( 06:00)am, fly to Nyaung U Airport for your Bagan trip ( one hour flying ). Arrive at Nyaung U Airport, transfer to Bagan, check in BaganThande Hotel or Similar. Tour start ( 09:30 )am :Tour Hightlight : Archaeological  Museum, (this museum run by Archaeological Department is situated near the Ananda Temple. It has a collection of more than 2000 items including Buddha’s Statues, stucco pieces, terra-cotta cups and pots. Open from 09:30 am to 15:00 pm daily except Monday and public holidays. The new large museum is under construction and it will exhibit more ancient artifacts. Shewzigon Pagoda at Nyaung U ( this golden – domed pagoda was left unfinished on King Anawrahta’s death and completed by his successor King Kyansit-tha. ), Kyansit-thaUmin( Not far from the Shwezigon  a cave complex off the tourist route, it has murals from the 13th century. ). Features  Myazedi Pagoda and Pillarand MyingabarKybyaukkyi, ( It was built by Prince Rajakuma who was content to allow his nephew, AlaungSithu, to be named crown prince instead of him, for the had been born to a country woman and came too late to court. The stone inscription he left is a beautiful dedication of love to his father, King Kyansit – Tha. The murals, protected from sunlight inside this drink temple, are spectacular. )

  • Dhammayangyi ( a temple of massive and finest brick works),
  • Thabyunyu Temple ( KingAlaungSithu was the donor of this magnificent, white-washed temple, the tallest in Bagan at 201 ft ( 64 m ),
  • Gawtawpalin ( KingNarapati Situ built this graceful temple )

Sulamuni Temple, ( the pagoda temple like Htilominlo and the Gawdawpalin with better interior lighting. It stands beyond the Dhammayangyi Temple and was built in A.D. 1181 by Narapatisithu. The interior was once painted with fine frescoes but only traces can be seen today.)  Panoramic view of sun setting land Bupaya Pagoda(  Not far from Gawtawpalin is a pagoda spire in the shape of a gourd in the bank of  Ayeyarwady river.  Overnight in Bagan.

 

Day 05)           - BaganSS (B)
Early morning wake up from your night dream and you will be picked up by BALLOON OVER BAGAN ferry to fly by balloons; “Ride balloon over Bagan to feel the panoramic view of ancient Bagan”. Experience Bagan by flying at the sky, after your flying back to your hotel for having breakfast. After breakfast 09:00 am, start your Bagan sightseeing Htilominlo Temple, built in A.D. 1211 by King Nantaungmya. Nanpaya Temple, one of the oldest ancient monuments in Bagan, built by King Manuha in 11 century equipped with stone window for lighting and airy into the interior part of the cave with stone ShinbinThalyaung Temple, inside this long, low hall of brick is a large reclining Buddha Image in the pose of death, for the head rests on a pillow and is not supported by the hand. After lunch, excursion to Lacquer wear factory and sightseeing and shopping the ancient time till today, master-pieces of Lacquer wares are the pride of Bagan. Those who visited Bagan can’t control anymore without buying souvenirs such as ashtrays, bowls, jewellery boxes, trays and so on. Overnight in Bagan.

 

Day 06)           - Bagan– Mandalay by flight ( B)
After breakfast, check out hotel, fly to Mandalay( 08:50 am ) . Arrive at Mandalay airport( 09:20 ) am, transfer to Mandalay City hotel. Check in hotel and relax for a while. Half Day tour start of Mandalay featuring Mandalay Museum and Palace houses a collection of article such as Royal costume Palm-Leave Manuscripts, Wood carving, Palace hall, King office, King bed room, Queen bed room, Palace tower.

Mahamuni Pagoda was built to enshrine the Maha Muni Image, nearly 13ft (4m) high. It is covered with so much gold leaf that its body has lost all proportion. Only the face washed with ceremony each dawn, is not allowed to be gilded. Each of the four walkways leading to it has a different character according to the wares sold in the shops. One is lined with the descendents of the Brahmin astrologers who served at court, practicing the same profession of telling fortunes and writing astrological readings on elaborately decorated palm-leaf packets for new-born bodies. And the traditional handicraft work shops one can see marble works and wood carvings.

Kuthodaw Pagoda, known officially as the MahalawkaMarazeinKuthodaw Pagoda, is called “ the largest book in the world” King Mindon who founded Mandalay as a new capital in 1859 held the Fifth Buddhist Synod  in 1872. Over a period of eight years, the texts were recited and corrected as necessary by a presiding body  of monks and the results were inscribed on 729 marble slabs.

Excursion to ShweNadaw ; Mandalay has hundreds of monasteries and many are still being built. The most beautiful is the ShweNandaw, or Golden Palace Monastery, called ShweKyaung by the locals .It was once the private residence of king Mindon, who died there. His heir moved it outside the palace and donated it to a monastery, thus saving it from the destruction of Would War Two. This teak pavilion carved all over with motifs and mythical creatures was once entirely covered in thick gold, inside and out but only the interior gold remains for the tropical weather is too harsh. Shwe Inn Bin Monestry,was built strictly according to the rules of monastic architecture whereas the Golden Monastery was first constructed as a royal pavilion and has no exact monastic structure. It is beautiful building well over a hundred years old, with ancient –style doors that swing upwards.

Before dinner excursion to Yaw Min GyiOkeKyaung, at the foot of Mandalay Hill is a two storied building very much in the Western style with tall columns, grand flights of stairs and arched doorway. Sightseeing in Mandalay Hillwhich is panoramic view of the city Mandalay. Gave the city its name.Alothoughthecity was officially named Yadanabon or Mound of Gems, people always called it after the name of the hill. The hill top offers unforgettable sunset views of the city, the palace walls and the Ayeyarwaddy River. Dinner and night stop in Mandalay.

 

Day 07)           - Mandalay  – Inlay Lake by flight  (B)
Morning check out hotel, drive to airport, fly to Heho airport ( 09:45 )am, arrive at Heho airport ( 10:15 )am. A via air port city of Inle Lake. Transfer to NyaungShwe, on the way of Heho – NyaungShwe there are so many of Nepalese people houses, visit to their houses to see their way of life and their culture, pay visit to Bamboo Paper making work shop. Then continue to NyaungShwe, where Inlay Lake is situated. Arrive to the Lake and transfer to your Hotel by boat :Golden Ireland Cottage, or Inlay Hupim hotel the floating hotel that is situated near the Nan Pan village.  Check in hotel and relax for a while. Have your Lunch at Inn Thar Lay restaurant with traditional Intha food.

After that, tour start your sightseeing to PhaungDawOo pagoda, a master piece site of this program. Study Brass smith work shop, silk weaving workshop, and Cheroot making work shop, continue your sightseeing by AloDawPauk pagoda, Kay Lar floating garden and finally NgaPheChaung monastery. Overnight in Inlay Lake.

 

Day 08)           - Inlay – Pindaya Cave by coach  ( B )
Morning visit to 5 days market, NgapheKyaung. After breakfast, check out hotel, depart to Pindaya by coach, arrive at Pindaya, which is well known for its limestone caves filled with Buddha Images), transfer to hotel and sightseeing in Pindaya Cave Pagoda. Overnight in Pindaya.

 

Day 09)           - Pindaya – Heho airport – Yangon by flight  (B)
Breakfast at hotel, check out hotel and drive to Heho Airport, fly to Yangon ( 13:25 )pm, arrive at Yangon airport ( 14:35 )pm.Transfer to hotel and relax in hotel, dinner and overnight in hotel.

 

Day 10)           - Departure Day  (B)
Breakfast at hotel, pick up by guide, and check out hotel, drive to airport, fly back your home land.
