Day 1: Yangon Arrival (D)
Arrive Yangon International Airport, warmly welcome by guide and transfer to hotel. Yangon was founded in 1755 by King AlaungPaya. The name of Yangon means “End of strife”. Myanmar Buffet Dinner and Cultural Show at KaraweikPalace Restaurant (a royal barge on the lake in Kandawgyi Relaxation Zone, when the guests have a chance of seeing traditional dance). Day 2 : Yangon-Mandalay (B,L,D) ( By flight )
Morning flight to Mandalay and sightseeing in Mandalay. Mandalay was founded by Myanmar’s second last monarch King Mindon, who was the most religious of his dynasty. He earned merit from many pagodas and hundreds of monasteries that he built in Mandalay and its virons.
It was destroyed during World War Two and a replica was built in 1995. The exact copies of the original pavilions and throne rooms are to be seen there. And the next is
Kyauk Taw Gyi
‘Great stone’ image at the foot of Mandalay Hill also earned merit for King Mindon. The image was carved from a single block of alabaster. To consecrate the image he painted in the eyes. The Sagyin quarries near Mandalay where this block was mined are still in production. Overnight in Mandalay.

Day 3: Mandalay-PyinOoLwin(B,L,D) ( By coach )
Morning driving to Pyin-Oo-Lwin by private car. It is 40 miles from north east of Mandalay and is a popular hill resort town perched a top the 3,500-ft table mountain.PyinOoLwin used to be known as “ Maymyo" when it was built in 1886. "Maymyo" is said to have been named after one colonel May, commanding officer of the Bengal Infantry regiment that was stationed in PyinOoLwin. ArrivePyin-Oo-Lwin, leisure in hotel in afternoon, and evening excursion to Pyin-Oo-Lwin. Purcell Tower: is a historical landmark, 75 feet high, right in the middle of the town. It is said to be one of the ten clocks made in 1934 in commemoration of the silver jubilee of the reign of King George V of the United Kingdom.

Day 4: PyinOoLwin-Hsipaw(B,L,D) ( By coach )
Next Morning go to Hsipaw by private car. On the way sightseeing and arrive Hsipaw.Arrival Hsipaw about 11:00 AM. Start for sightseeing Hsipaw.Tour highlight includes: Bawgyo Pagoda & Princess's -English style residence (Haw).
Bawgyo Pagoda of Hsipaw
The Bawgyo Pagoda is on the road between Hsipaw and Kyaukmei in northern Shan State. The highway and the railway linking Mandalay and Lashio pass near the pagoda, which overlooks the Namtu River next to Bawgyo village. The pagoda is believed to have been built either by an emissary monk sent by King Ashoka of India.(r.273-232 BCE) after the Buddha’s death, or in the 11th century by the father of Sao Mon Hla, a beloved queen of King Anawrahta of Bagan who died at this spot while travelling to her home. It fell into ruin and was completely restored in 1961. Every March the pagoda trustees hold a festival which is one of the most popular and famous in Shan State, attracting tens of thousands of pilgrims from throughout Myanmar. Day 5: Hsipaw-Lashio(B,L,D) ( By coach )
After breakfast, go Lashio by private car for sightseeing.Lashio is a sprawling town near the Chinese border, always busy with trade coming to and from Mandalay and Ruili to China.
Pyi Lone Chan Thar and Manshu Pagodas
The Pyi Lone Chan Thar Pagoda has four beautiful Buddha images of bronze in the Bagan style and in the posture known as the Jumpudirit style with an ornate sashes across the front. The cylindrical–shaped Manshu Pagoda is set on a hillock and provides a view of the town from its platform. Both the morning and night markets are packed with stalls and buyers, many of whom are members of national races living nearby villages. The Temple of Kwan Yin is reputed to be one of the biggest Chinese temples in Myanmar. Myanmar people also like the idea and many visit this beautiful temple. Overnight at Lashio Hotel.
Day6: Lashio-Mandalay(B,L,D) ( By Train)
Early morning back to Mandalay by train. The train way is Lashio-Hsipaw-Kyaukme-Naung Cho- PyinOoLwin-Mandalay. And on the way beautiful sightseeing on train and pass the breathtaking experience of Gokgteik Viaduct ( Bridge). It is the world-famous and the second-highest viaduct in the world.
It tiles on the railway route from Mandalay to Lashio. Built in 1900 it is the second-highest viaduct in the world, a 2260ft long steel bridge spanning a deep gulley in Hsipaw Township of Northern Shan State. Some of the steel frames holding up the bridge are as tall as 1100ft. One million rivets hold up this structure of 431 tones. Built by American company, the cost was Kyat169, 8200. The stunning view and the sensation of being hundreds of feet in the air give the train ride over this world-famous viaduct a breathtaking experience. The Gokteik Bridge is a structure of steel trestle construction for railway line to Lashio. The construction began in 1901 by American company known as the Pennsylvania Maryland Bridge Construction. The Gokteik Bridge was complete in 1913. The length of the bridge is 2260 feet long and 320 feet high above a deep ragged stone rock valley. The bridge was destroyed in the World War II but was repaired later by the Myanmar Railway. It is a remarkable construction which is still in good condition and can be considered as a masterpiece. This bridge is a must to cross once you are in Myanmar. And arrive lately Mandalay at 9:30 PM. Transfer to hotel and overnight in Mandalay.
Day 7: Mandalay-Yangon(B,L,D) ( By flight)
Next morning back to Yangon by Flight. And evening sightseeing to Yangon downtown optional tour with guide. Overnight in Yangon
Day 8: Departure Day (B)
After breakfast at hotel, pick up by guide, transfer to airport and fly back your home land
